We stand behind our products and offera great replacement program for damaged or defective products and aone-year guarantee on the printed design on all of our products. Ourproducts are made with a premium and highly durable thermo elastomermaterial that is designed to endure extreme adventures. This means ifyour dog collar, Apple Watch band, belt, or buckle breaks or wearsand is no longer functional through normal use, we will replace it.


IS YOUR PRODUCT BROKEN AND/OR NOLONGER WORKING?

Within 90 days, we will replace youritem at no additional cost to you. Just send an email tohello@exploreC4.com, including a photo of the broken product, proofof purchase, a brief description of what occurred to cause the damageand/or wear and tear, and confirmation of your shipping address. Acustomer service professional will assist you with your replacementwithin 1-3 business days.

After 90 days, we will happily replaceyour item and just request that you pay $10, our processing andhandling fee, as well as shipping costs. Just send an email tohello@exploreC4.com, including a photo of the broken product, proofof purchase, and a brief description of what occurred to cause thedamage and/or wear and tear. A customer service professional willassist you with your replacement within 1-3 business days.

*Please note that damage caused bychewing or heavy scratching does not warrant a “fading”replacement. C4 will not be liable for any damages that may resultfrom the use of any C4 product. Our warranty does not cover therepair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/orother personal property. Products broken, stained or damaged bypersonal property are also not eligible for replacement under ourguarantee.
