I have ordered 2 collars. The small one has a lot of extra collar and didn’t come with a rubber piece to hold it down like the medium collar I bought did. I reached out via email the day I received them August 7th. Didn’t receive a response for about a week, asking for pictures so I sent pictures the very next day. The 14th. Still have received anything back. Today is the 19th. I would just like to be able to use the collar I bought. I have also tried to call the number that is listed in the email and it says the number cannot be completed as dialed. I would greatly appreciate if someone could please get back to me.
I have purchased several C4 collars for my dogs, this is Huckleberry. They're just so much fun. I probably would have ordered more but they never wear out!! Seriously! By far the best quality collars I have ever owned.
The writing on this collar we just bought it says Ryder is too light to read. We bought the scout collar over a year ago and is a much product. I’m very disappointed in our current collar and won’t be able to use it and all these collars fade over time. This collars writing will

We love Tilly’s collar and love the fact that it’s washable and doesn’t clump up with hair even more. Bonus: the jingle jangle of the traditional metal dog tag no longer exists with the laser printed names and you can guarantee they won’t break off or get lost like a dog tag or buckle ensuring your pups name and info are always available
This isn't the first collar I've purchased for my dogs or family and friends dogs..just the fastest. This is Tyrone and he and his owner/dad loves their bright yellow collar. They live on the S.C. coast and love how there is nothing wet or smelly wrapped around Tyrone's neck. These are the absolute best collars. Why my pups wear them, and I gift them often!
It looks nothing like the photo in the ad. The pattern is much larger proportionally in the product received and the pattern is off center to the band unlike in the picture in the ad.

This is her second collar. First one lasted 5 years and was still in great condition. Only decided to get a new one because the color had finally faded to the point to where you couldn’t read her name and number very well. I love how these colors stand out against her white hair. Also since we switched to the c4 collars, she hardly scratches her neck anymore. That’s been a great bonus.
Finally a collar that can stand up to my Labrador Retriever. Her name is Pepper so this collar is appropriate. She spends her day swimming in the pool and rolling on her back. This collar is amazing.
