RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer refunds on orders placed within 30-days on a case-by-case basis. Click here for more info on this program.  Specific cases where refunds have been issued are delayed shipping timelines, manufacturing errors, and damaged upon-arrival items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

No exchanges are accepted on C4 products, however if it is within our 30 day replacement policy, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
