Great customer service. I love the colors, just wish the small came in a little bit wider width option, or that the medium came in a shorter length...by bird dog's neck requires a small, but it looks a little skinny for him.

Orange Camo size large We ordered size large for our 65 pound pup and fits on the second to last hole. We love his new collar, easy to clean and less jangle noise around his neck since we did the customizing on the collar.

Love the material! Odors be gone. These are amazing! First day my dog wore it he went and rolled in something that smelled like death. With his old collar this meant a bath for him and multiple hand washings and soaking for his collar to be clean, and it still had an odor. With my C4 I just used a little dish soap and water and the smell was gone! So glad I found these collars!

Company fault, but made up for it Product was ordered on December 4th and delivered on January 2nd. I emailed C4 on December 13th inquiring about the little to no communication and they responded citing USPS shipping delays. On December 18th I recieved an email stating there was a fault in the system and that all orders that were placed on December 3rd did not go through due to a system glitch. The email stated shipping was upgraded free of charge and an extra gift was included. The gifts were a folding water bowl and a leash with the collar. The collar is of good quality and accurate sizing. The type is easy to read and accurate. I think the company has made up for the inconvenience.
Wowza! LOVE this collar we purchased. Had never heard of these before, saw the ad of FB, took a chance and bought one for one of our dogs as a test and we couldn’t be happier! I only wish I had put a phone number on the one we ordered. I will be buying two more for the other dogs!

Golden approval! I love these collars! Easy to clean and durable. I love that you can customize it. We went with the orange blaze camo so it’s easy to see! Our golden retriever is about 100 pounds and we got the XL because he has a large neck. I should have measured because it’s a little big but it’s okay!
