Small dog collar
Customer service was quick to respond to call/email. Didn’t receive shipping update and they quickly provided. The collar is somewhat stiff, ordered a small for a chihuahua mix and pokes out around the clasp area. cleans easily as described. Didn’t realize how much dirt was on his neck... rinses dirt off easily. will see how well it holds up compared to nylon. Imagine it will last much longer.

With a nearly hairless dog this collar has been a blessing with the wash ability. We will definitely be ordering more and cannot recommend this brand enough.
Size was as expected. Arrived without being personalized, but company corrected immediately. Had issues online with the personalization so may have been website versus company product issue. Their old nylon collars started stinking after multiple days swimming.
We love our C4 collar! We did the red, white, blue tye dye. We ordered an XL but it was too big. They exchanged it with not problem. Turn around time was kind of long for order and exchange but not too bad. The collar looks adorable.
I LOVE these collars.....BUT....
This would be a five star review---except for the fact that there truly needs to be a size between small and medium. For breeds like Frenchies and pugs, smallish dogs with fairly thick necks, neither one truly fits. Luckily, I have other dogs the collars do fit and LOVE the collars; easy to clean, don't cause rubs, great patterns and colors. But the width and length of the medium is overwhelming for a pug's neck that measures exactly 14 inches. The small barely fits on the loosest hole. Please consider making a size somewhere in between for these guys--they need C4 style too!!
Amazing!
These collars are amazing!! I just put this collar on my dog after getting it in the mail and he immediately rolled in a dead animal...GROSS! Anyway, he got a bath and I also washed his collar and there was no smell! Also super easy to clean with just some soap and water!
