The collar broke literally in the first minute.

Black Dog Collar

2nd collar that I purchased because of the quality. The first one finally got old after summers of swimming so I purchased a replacement. However it came without the personalization- which is the reason I wanted to purchase another one. I sent two messages through the sites “contact us” with no response. I was hoping I could send back to have the personalization added. At this point I’ll just need to use as my dog needs a collar and add tags which I did not want to do.
