    You should never have bought the company! The whole purchase has been a nightmare. The old company had a lifetime warranty. You offer 50% off. You then have the audacity to charge for the buckle., the belt and the plastic container separately. YOU took a week after charging my credit card to mail the shipment. You told me it was free shipping and I corresponded multiple times to FINALLY get the shipping charges refunded. You never called me in spite of the situation allegedly being escalated. Your email team and text teams do not talk with one another. I will never buy another product from you as long as I live.

    Horseshoes Black Belt

    Poor customer service. They no longer honor their lifetime warranty. Poor communication. They order their belts over seas, they call them "custom" even though they're all the same as the photo with no customization, so you have to wait weeks for them to get it to their shop in GA and THEN they'll ship it to you. Not good, been a customer for 6 years, will not buy C4 again.

    Love C4 I really love this belt. I love the fact that I can cut it to be the perfect length. I also like that it is rubber so it is easy to clean which is so important when you work with horses!
